Most clients start with a Vantage Landscape, then add the modules the findings call for, such as claims analysis where payment is unclear, a Roundtable before payer meetings, a dossier where a specific payer's policy is the obstacle, and Vantage Live to keep the whole record current.

Fixed fees are quoted precisely on the scoping call; ranges reflect product complexity (number of codes, payers, and sites of service in scope). Quotes come straight from this menu. Claims Intelligence data costs (state all-payer files, licensed claims sources) pass through at cost; Medicare public files are free.

Some work belongs with specialists
CPT and HCPCS code applications, NTAP submissions, field reimbursement teams, and hub services are multi-year, relationship-driven programs. We do not pretend to run them. We supply the verified evidence package that makes those efforts stronger, and we refer the execution to boutique partners who do it well.
What sits outside the fixed fee
Two things pass through at cost, stated before you sign. Licensed claims data, when a Claims Intelligence scope needs a state all-payer file or a commercial claims source (Medicare public files are free). And payer or physician honoraria, if an engagement calls for live interviews on top of the Roundtable panel. Everything else, including expert review, is inside the published price.
What about...?
How can you publish fixed prices when every product is different?
Because the curated research platform we built gives us more predictability. Scope varies with the number of codes, payers, and sites of service, which is why some prices are ranges, but the range is the range. The scoping call picks the point inside it, and the quote does not move after signature.
Where does AI fit, and why should we trust the output?
AI does the research fan-out and the first draft; that is where the speed and the pricing come from. Trust comes from the rest of the process. Every factual claim lives in a ledger with its source, an adversarial verification pass tries to break the draft, and expert review wraps around the entire pipeline. You get the verification trail with the deliverable, so you can audit any claim yourself. The full methodology is public.
We already subscribe to a policy database. Why would we need this?
Policy databases sell inputs, and maybe alert you that something changed somewhere. We sell the answer, which is what the change means for your product, your codes, and your payer mix, written into a record we keep verified. The two pair well, because the landscape tells you which alerts matter.
Who does the work?
The research fan-out and first-draft analysis run on Praxa's automated pipelines. Verification runs as a separate adversarial pass. Ryan scopes every engagement, reviews every deliverable, and leads every client conversation. He brings operator insights to the process. A senior expert from the panel reviews the work before it reaches its audience, whether that audience is a payer, the AMA, a physician society, your customers, or your own board. The person you scope with is the person who delivers.
What does a first engagement look like?
A 30-minute scoping call, a fixed quote, signature, then kickoff within days. The Vantage Landscape is the usual first step because everything else builds on its ledger. Delivery includes a live walkthrough and two rounds of revisions at no charge.
