Privacy policy

Effective August 1, 2026. This policy describes what Praxa LLC collects through this website and how it is used.

1 What we collect

Fonts and all other assets are served directly by this site, with no third-party font or analytics services. If you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide, which is your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message fields. The site itself does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.

2 How we use it

Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about services you asked about. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this site and our email (hosting, form processing, email delivery), each bound to use it only to provide those services.

3 Client information

Confidential client material shared during an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and any nondisclosure terms. Client deliverables are hosted behind access controls and are never indexed on the public site.

4 Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for the relationship, and we delete them on request. To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email ryan@praxa.partners.

5 Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
